Wests Entertainment Group comprising Wests, Diggers, The Courts @ East and Mercure Tamworth  invites expressions of interest from customer and team focused applicants. The position is full time, shifts involve day, evening and weekends on a rotating roster. 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Trade qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience
  • Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring
  • Organized, hardworking and creative
  • Experience in menu planning and costing
  • Prepare and cook high quality food according to menu guidelines and recipes
  • Order and receive stock and supplies
  • Assist with regular stock takes
  • Adhere to food safety legislation
  • Adhere to safe work practices
